RPM Spin Classes


 

Check us out with a Drop Saddle class which runners are sure to love! We also offer our RPM Spin-Hybrid class which is a combination of sitting and standing, targeting core and upper body.

A style taught standing and riding to the beat of the music, blending intervals of sprints, jogs, and climbs to target the backside of the body (hamstrings, glutes) and sculpt the front (quad) muscles. A class runners are sure to love! Riders are, of course, free to sit at any time.

Special 30 minutes of rpm spin then 30 minutes of Yoga!  Bring a mat if you have one, we have some extras.  Followed by FitVine Wine sampling!
