Rachel Meier

Rachel, Owner of RPM has been an avid instructor for 7 years now in the valley.  She is a devoted athlete in numerous capacities, and is very much into cross-training, overall health, and a clean diet.  She hopes to inspire riders to challenge themselves, and keep them on a track that leads to a life they love...let her help you get in the zone.  This studio is her dream in the making, and she encourages others to come see her vision and join the revolution!

Erin Cheatwood

Erin Cheatwood is a California native and health & wellness professional who has served in various capacities since graduating from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Erin is a Schwinn certified cycle instructor who has taught for LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, and other health clubs in Southern California since 2011. In her spare time, Erin enjoys going to sport events, especially baseball with her hubby! She is an avid bodybuilding competitor and enjoys exercising and competing. Just like anyone else, Erin enjoys a good movie or book, and does her fair share of traveling. Her passion is to meet new people and help them reach their health and wellness goals, whatever they may be.

Cristin Coleman

Cristin (aka Criss) is known for her profound dance experience and dedication to the arts. Naturally growing up as an athlete, fitness became a primary passion.

Criss became a fitness instructor in 2004, and shortly after fell in love with cycling. The combination of dance, music, and a bike is the beginning and end of all things fun and motivational.

Criss is a marketing manager for OptumCare in Arizona, and is currently finishing up her masters at Grand Canyon University.

Jill Pavlak

Jill is a Midwestern girl born and raised in Michigan, but has grown to love the AZ desert. She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2007 with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science. She became a certified personal trainer as well as a certified SPIN instructor and the rest is history. She has been a fitness professional and SPIN instructor ever since. Jill will be coaching a Hybrid-style class with runs, climbs, intervals, choreography and TONS of awesome beats to make the hour fly by -- all while revving up your metabolism to keep you on a "high" long after class! Jill plays a little of everything from Rock, Top 40, to RnB, and more. If it's got a killer beat, it's good to go. Have a request? Shoot it over, and you'll be sure to hear it! After all -- it's all about YOU!

Loren Marson

Born and raised right here in Scottsdale, Loren has been involved in dance and fitness since she was a little tyke. Staying active and healthy was ingrained in Loren at a young age, which is what prompted her to seek a career in the fitness industry. Loren is a certified fitness and cycle instructor, who is also certified in multiple formats, which allows her to teach various fitness classes weekly. Teaching cycle is her favorite because she loves riding to hot beats that radiate a powerful and uplifting energy. Loren taught middle and high school for ten years, but stepped away from the classroom when she became a mommy. With a love for teaching in her heart, she continues to teach fitness classes, because she is passionate about fitness and teaching. She feels blessed to be able to change lives and inspire others through fitness!

Loren’s cycle class is no joke, because she will push you through a HIIT style workout that’s guaranteed to always provide an empowering challenge! Be prepared to run, sprint and climb, all while rocking out to your favorite jams. When you leave, Loren wants to know you torched those calories and see you drenched in sweat! Bring you’re A game for a class that’s guaranteed to have you coming back for more!

Tracy Ferrara

With her love for art and music, Tracy found a creative way to wield her BA in art. She was certified in indoor cycling by Mad Dogg Athletics in 2007. Tracy enjoys instructing and motivating her class in a positive way. She enjoys helping others achieve their own fitness goals and have fun while doing it! Away from the studio, Tracy enjoys volunteering in her community, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and her Bichon Frise, Enzo.

Nichole Cruse

Nichole is a born and raised native to Arizona. She has a deep passion for fitness, running, and indoor cycling. Nichole started riding 2 years ago. She has been teaching for about a year and a half. Nichole works full time in behavioral health with families to maintain stability and independence. Nichole's deepest passion is helping people find their true, authentic selves through fitness and motivating others. Nichole's classes are designed to take people their limits- lots of sprints, lifts, and long climbs so get ready to ride hard with a Super Fun playlist every class and LOTS of sweat!

Matt Simon

Born and raised in Iowa, Matt moved to Arizona in 2010 and recently graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Exercise and Wellness. Growing up and participating in athletics, Matt attended college his freshman year on a football scholarship. After his playing career Matt lost over 100 pounds and devoted his life to health / fitness and helping others. He currently works as a fitness specialist for PayPal in their corporate wellness division, and enjoys golfing and hiking in his free time.

Jill Danielson

Jill found her passion for cycling when she started attending classes in 2011. She didn't consider herself very athletic at the time, but realized that by finding a workout she loved she could excel at it. She became a certified instructor and started with RPM Spin in 2014. She moved to Arizona from South Dakota in 2010 and is also a pharmacist and a mom. She hopes to inspire others to find a passion for spin by showing that a great workout can be a lot of fun.
A happenin' hybrid mix of both standing and seated riding, while also targeting core and upper body!
